TERMS & CONDITIONS
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the hang tag has not been removed from the defected item).
In the event that are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept refund on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftmanship and material.
Please contact us at [email protected] to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for refund within 14 days of when item was delivered to you.
We only accept exchange within 7 days from the delivery date provided that.
- The merchandise must have label/ hangtag intact.
- The merchandise must be unwashed with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- The purchaser will return the item at their own cost, and we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
Zeal Running Company reserve the rights to reject an exchange requests for returned item(s) that does not comply with the terms above. Only one exchange is granted per purchase.
How long will it take for my refund/ exchange to process?
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your exchange from the time we receive them.
